Review Files First
Clients do not need to explain every detail at the beginning, but drawings, dimensions, project country and a general requirement are recommended.
After a client sends drawings, BOQ, site dimensions or project ideas, we first check whether the files are complete, then support material, quotation, packing and delivery communication so the project discussion becomes clearer.
Cabinetry projects involve dimensions, materials, installation conditions and site communication. The clearer the files are, the closer the quotation will be to real delivery. When files are incomplete, we first list the information that needs to be added.

We first judge project scope, material direction and quotation conditions instead of locking in a price too early.
After the scope is confirmed, we move into material, quotation, sample, production, packing and delivery communication.
