This checklist is useful before the first quotation discussion. It does not require every document to be complete at once; it helps both sides confirm project scope, dimension clues, material direction and delivery conditions first.

  • If CAD or PDF drawings are ready, submit them together with the BOQ.
  • If drawings are not complete, sketches, site photos and approximate dimensions can be used for an initial review.
  • Materials, hardware, packing and destination all affect quotation, so they should be clarified early.
